52 Ancestors in 52 Weeks

All the stories we find about our ancestors are important. They may not have been famous, part of a special moment in history, or infamous, and it is okay to blog about them. I have decided to follow Amy Johnson Crow's theory that "one of the best ways to keep writing is to have goals or a calendar." I have challenged myself to write at least once a week under the label "52 Ancestors in 52 Weeks." The purpose is to write about one ancestor each week this year. It might be a story, photograph(s), document, pesky research problem, as long as it involves one ancestor. The next week I will write about another ancestor. Hope you will follow along.
